RETURNS

Due to the nature of our fulfillment process and global suppliers, we only accept returns under the following circumstances:

• The item arrived damaged.
• The item arrived defective.
• The wrong item was received.
• The item was not delivered.

To be eligible for a return or replacement, you must contact us within 5 days of receiving your order and provide clear photos or videos showing the issue.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

We do not accept returns for:

• Change of mind.
• Ordering the wrong product.
• Incorrect size selection by the customer.
• Delays caused by customs or shipping carriers.
• Minor differences in color, packaging, or appearance due to supplier variations.

REFUNDS

Once your claim has been reviewed and approved, we may offer one of the following:

• Full refund.
• Partial refund.
• Replacement product.
• Store credit.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout.

Please allow 5–14 business days for your financial institution to process the refund after it has been issued.

LOST PACKAGES

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery period, please contact us. We will investigate the shipment and work toward an appropriate resolution.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase.

Once processing or shipping has begun, orders cannot be canceled.
